By using the Pixsona mobile application, you agree to the terms described below. Please read them carefully.
1. Description of Service
Pixsona is a mobile app that allows users to transform their photos into various AI-generated visual styles. The app offers limited free usage, and additional generations require purchasing coins.
2. Usage Rights
- Users may share generated images on social media and use them as profile pictures.
- All generated content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Commercial use is not permitted. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of content.
3. Coin System
- Users can purchase coins to generate additional images.
- Refunds are only issued in case of technical failures during the generation process.
4. Restrictions
- Uploaded photos must not contain nudity, hate speech, violence, or illegal content.
- Violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension.
5. Disclaimer
- AI-generated visuals are produced solely by automated algorithms. There is no guarantee that results will meet expectations.
- Pixsona is not responsible for outages caused by third-party services such as RevenueCat or AdMob.
6. Changes to Terms
Pixsona may update these Terms of Use periodically. Changes will be communicated within the app and take effect immediately upon publication.
